My first laptop and I have to say it’s terrible, for the money I paid it’s not worth it. The sellers that sell it have no idea, but on my own risk I upgraded it to FB09. You think a company like Gigabyte would have put the right one 🤦
I tried salad out with my 4090 rig, while a potential earnings of $4.50 per day was attractive, the 425 watts power draw and fans going warp speed nudged me to uninstall. Would probably work well on a water cooled system, a hard pass for now.
You need to use something like guiter pick to detach the back cover from body. You figure out the separator line between these two and then put the guiter pick (or somthing that is thin but strong to help you widen the gap) and firmly do up and down until the gap is visible.
Very good video. My G5 won't turn on. Fans don't spin, black screen and then the fans go nuts until it eventually turns off. I just cleaned the fans and it did nothing. I unplugged and plugged back in everything but it still doesn't work. Maybe Thermal Paste or bios battery will do. 🥺😭 (I did nothing I just came back home from work)

Fro some reason the nvme m.2 isn't showing up n windows but show up on bios and I have to use it on the USB type c to external drive to boot into window any idea what it could be I was told that the previous owner tried to upgrad the bios and it stopped working
The bios has FB01 and had to update it to FB09, it worked on mine but it’s at the owners own risk. Maybe he didn’t do it right, you can try but again but at your own risk. Hope that helped you
I'm a new user of the HP ProBook 4540s, and I'm experiencing an issue with my keyboard. When I press the letter 'Y', it displays the letter 'Z' instead. I believe this is due to the keyboard language settings. Could you please assist me in resetting it to the default settings?
