Didn't see any of the terraces _ wonder why? What can one do with the slopes to earn a living? How much is agricultural land and how much is urban or rustic land? By the time someone builds it up they won't be able to sell it due to investment unless they just want to live there without using the land. Fire hazard prevention requires the new owners to clear the land of dried material every year - not a job for seniors or even those in their youthful 50’s.
Would be interesting to restore and uncover all the terraces and stone walls. Yes humans are curious so if you mention something like springs and ruins please film and show. Can you restore buildings to live in? Or perhaps build new? Zoning?Thanks.
that two ruins....is a pity you didn't said how many sqm, and didn't film the inside of the ruin. Looks very doggy ruins.. Also you didn't film the water spring,. That area looks is just forest area, I dont think any people will be never allow to live or built there, because fire risk.

Love the property and the stone work is very impressive. Thats really where all the value is here. Those terraces would be a great place to grow food and fruit trees. Not sure about any issues with wild life though. I currently live on 20 acres on a hillside here in the US and I can tell you it's hard living. Winters here are very hard but I'm sure you don't have the same winters there. I have gardens and fruit trees here and the deer love them. LOL.
Very interesting locations on this channel - one criticism, why do you never even peek inside these ruins - if anyone was interested in a purchase they would want to gauge the extent of works needed by reviewing existing conditions inside.. Its strange that you dont even bother getting closer to the structures!

So, on lot one, can you build right next to the river, can you have a dock, can you use motor boats on that river? What is the local cost for building a new, smaller, home ?
Hi Wyomiles, There are 2 new houses next to this property so you would have to present a project to see if this lot would qualify also for a new build. A dock is not allowed but there are docks in the area. Boats and water sports are allowed. Building cost can range depending on region, type of house, finishes etc. but an average cost is €500psm.

Well, there would still be a lot to do there. For 65 thousand and everything is in ruins. so to build a house beyond the 65,000, another 80,000 would be needed, if not more! Because there's a lot to do there, a lot. Without a doubt, I would just buy land because the house is in no condition for anything other than starting from scratch. My country has become too expensive. 🥺😳🥸🧐
Hi Ken, There's a few smaller cities like Oliveira de Frades or Santa Cruz da Trapa that are 20-30 mins from the property. They have all amenities including schools, clinics and restaurants. This property is also surrounded by villages that have markets, cafes, hardware store etc within 5-10 mins.
I was hoping of a Map view of the Border of the property and a tour on the land over the 3rd house toward the other road, and was hoping you walk back that other road up. Great video and property still! Thx!
