Beautiful nails, how do u keep them from discoloration? They look so white

Wear gloves when dish washing (some of the more...fanatical lol, even do when showering/washing hair!), Use cream/oil after every hand wash/shower, Use nail polish as a protective measure; just base coat is fine, don't use your nails as tools- use knuckles or pads of fingers to press buttons, spoons to open soda cans, etc.
