The award winning LSESU Islamic Society (more commonly known as ISoc) is one of the most active and diverse societies at the LSE. We offer a wide variety of services for Muslims and Non-Muslims; from talks, socials and sports to interfaith and charity events as well as mentoring and spiritual activities. An opportunity is provided to gain a greater knowledge and understanding on this much-discussed global faith.

We also strive to provide support to our members by facilitating a forum whereby we can all engage with the teachings of Islam.

It’s a continual fight between Shaitani forces And Rahmani ( the forces following the Beneficent, merciful,the provider) going on inside people, Muslim as well as non Muslim. Orthodoxy (I am not Orthodox :)) is spreading fast too. Glad for you to hear the same goes for the Islam. My hope is the islam and christianity will unite. Unite in the sense of showing they are real brothers in God and will express this brotherhood openly in the world. Let there be peace and happiness among all the beings of the universe.
Almost all the deductions and conclusions on religions made by Western intellectuals are solely based on CHRISTIANITY, almost none on ISLAM. Those intellectuals should have studied ISLAM, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, Shintoism, etc before making such sweeping conclusions on religions.
The reason ISLAM is spreading so fast and the WORLD'S fastest-growing religion: ISLAM is the now a religion with the world's largest number of followers and the WORLD'S FASTEST-GROWING religion, is a religion of MERCY, COMPASSION, FORGIVENESS, TOLERANCE and is for those who exercise their INTELLECT and INTELLIGENCE as could be read and understood from various verses of the Qur'an alone. Everyone of the 114 CHAPTERS of the Qur'an, except for chapter 9, starts with "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم" "奉至仁至慈的真主 (创造全宇宙者) 之名" "İn the name of ALLAH (the CREATOR of the universe), the MOST COMPASSİONATE, the MOST MERCIFUL." ISLAM fosters knowing and learning from one another among VARIOUS NATIONS and RACES not hatred and terror are clearly evident in this verse of the QUR'AN: QUR'AN 49:13: Humankind was made into nations to learn about and from each other (i.e. not to hate or make wars on each other): يٰۤاَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اِنَّا خَلَقۡنٰكُمۡ مِّنۡ ذَكَرٍ وَّاُنۡثٰى وَجَعَلۡنٰكُمۡ شُعُوۡبًا وَّقَبَآئِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوۡا ؕ اِنَّ اَكۡرَمَكُمۡ عِنۡدَ اللّٰهِ اَ تۡقٰٮكُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ عَلِيۡمٌ خَبِيۡرٌ." “众人啊！我确已从一男一女创造你们，我使你们成为许多民族和宗族，以便你们互相认识 （互相学习）。 在真主看来，你们中最尊贵者，是你们中最敬畏者。 真主确是全知的，确是彻知的。” "O humankind, We (a MAJESTIC plural for God) have created you all from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes so that you may KNOW (and LEARN from) ONE ANOTHER (i.e not to hate or wage war on one another). Verily the noblest of you in the sight of ALLAH is the MOST GOD-CONSCIOUS and God-fearing of you. Surely ALLAH is ALL-KNOWING, All-AWARE." Islam is for those who use their INTELLECT and INTELLIGENCE: : أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. وَلِلّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَاللّهُ عَلَىَ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ إِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلاَفِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ لآيَاتٍ لِّأُوْلِي الألْبَابِ الَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ اللّهَ قِيَامًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىَ جُنُوبِهِمْ وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَذا بَاطِلاً سُبْحَانَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ مَن تُدْخِلِ النَّارَ فَقَدْ أَخْزَيْتَهُ وَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِنْ أَنصَارٍ 求（创造全宇宙者）真主 从受刑罚的恶魔上保护我。 奉至仁至慈的真主之名. "天地的国权归真主所有。 真主对于万事是全能的。 天地的创造，昼夜的轮流， 在有理智的人看来， 此中确有许多迹象。 他们站着，坐着，躺着记念真主，并思维天地的创造，（他们说）： ”我们的主啊！你没有徒然地创造这个世界。我们赞颂你超绝 万物，求你保护我们，免受火狱的刑罚。 我们的主啊！你使谁入火狱，你确已凌辱谁了。不义的人，绝没有援助者。"" (Translation of the QUR'AN 3:189-192) I seek refuge with ALLAH (the CREATOR of the universe) from satan who will be punished. In the name of ALLAH, the most Gracious, the most Merciful. "AND UNTO ALLAH (i.e. the CREATOR of the universe) belongs the ETERNAL SOVEREIGNTY over the HEAVENS and the earth: and ALLAH has the POWER to will anything. Verily, in the CREATION of the HEAVENS and the earth, and in the succession of night and day, there are indeed MESSAGES/LESSONS for all who are INTELLIGENT/endowed with insight, [and] who remember ALLAH when they stand, and when they sit, and when they lie down to sleep, and [thus] REFLECT on the creation of the heavens and the earth: (and supplicate) "O our RABB (i.e. CREATOR, Sustainer and Lord)! Thou hast not created [aught of] this without meaning and PURPOSE. LIMITLESS art Thou in Thy glory! Keep us safe, then, from suffering through fire!" "O our RABB! Whomsoever Thou shalt commit to the fire, him, verily, wilt Thou have brought to disgrace [in this world]; and such evildoers will have none to PROTECT/succour them."' (Translation of the Qur'an 3:189-192)
