I don't have a tutorial if that's what you mean, but to reverse the flaps just pull the arms away from the body and flip the flaps upward and towards you.
Sorry no, the lifting of the arms is to make sure that you don't have to stretch the paper in order to reverse the flap. If you don't pull the arms to make it t-pose, the flaps might fray and then rip. So if you start with something like 0:41, then you should lift the arms to make it t-pose, then reverse the triangles that will become the shoulders. Hope this helps!

Im sorry, do you want a guide for head empty or phoenix? If its phoenix, boice has a 3part tutorial. If you want a head empty, i have one that doesnt help with precreasing but has a bit of help for collapse and shaping.
Thank you! if you mean where did I get the instructions, I modified Satoshi Kamiya's pattern to have 2 extra corners to make tails! Just put the Phoenix 3.5 in the top left corner and add the three tails with the remaining paper.
