was actually in this club sadly before the vids. most fo the lads had 50cc vespas then .Ian hill bought his new 200 px customised wed seen nothing like it at the time, really good times , never forget cheers guys. hope there many of us left.
Remember buying my Vespa p125x in 1982 for around 700 quid from aj suttons Ealing.also had a lambretta li 150 special.now 58 and want to get a 1965 lambo and get into northern soul again✌️

Most of these are old men’s scooters, and I say that as an old man myself. In the early 80’s Lambrettas were cheap and plentiful we cut them down to make them go quicker and to make things easy to get at, and chopped them. I bought a 67 SX200 for £325 and within a month it was a chopper. Nowadays kids can’t afford the early stuff and the old men generally like to restore them to near original condition, if this was the 70s and 80s there would be a lot of rough scooters run on a shoestring with a few PX Vespas thrown in for reliability
