I love creating media and documenting stories. People are truly incredible, and I love to celebrate them.
In this channel, I will teach my filmmaking/software/automation tips, show some fun BTS and showcase various brands I support and own, such as @CommunityArtistry and @RajPhotoVideo
If ur carrying tons of lenses; repurposing one lens to get a shot you need can sometimes save the day. But ended up still needing to lug my macro around since I couldn’t achieve a smooth enough focus pull to get a good ring shot for example
do you get 100% brightness with the v-mount battery same as if it's plugged it to the wall?, because most light you can only get 60% brightness when using two np-f batteries.
Do you know how long that Vmount battery will power the light at 100%? I have an issue with my NPF's giving up after just a couple minutes powering the light at 100%
At 149wh capacity, you can estimate about 2 hrs -ish; I don’t normally run any lights continuously at 100% and generally use the app to bring it down and up to 100% when needed onsite
Bro... OneMo Lite, take the battery and stand off the gimbal. Put the gimbal in the front compartment. It fits perfectly, and put the battery and stand together on the side, or store it inside the bag. Works great.
@@ajayrijh I'm looking at them, but they all look kind of small to me. Do you know exactly which one you have? Do you throw your entire gimbal in the bag like that?
Do you think this bag, both the regular & large, would fit as a personal item during a flight? Most flights let you take one carry-on and one personal item that needs to be able to fit under the seat in front of you. I'm replacing a regular Herschel Supply Co backpack with one of these Brevite bags but im not sure if it will fit. Have you taken this on any flights?
I appreciate being shown the size difference between the regular jumper backpack and large jumper backpack. I’m hoping that they bring the larger size to the brevite backpack (the regular laptop bag) as the extra room will be appreciated when I need it as I don’t want the camera bag Also, question for those who have travelled with the large Jumper; can you fit it under a plane seat or is it too big?
I have the smaller one, love the green color as it doesn't scream camera bag. It has been ok for my fuji set-up, but I am a little concerned about the security during travel in crowds. It would be nice if there were a way to latch the zippers. I also noticed that the lenses tended to fall out of the dividers fairly easily, maybe because I have smaller lenses (especially 35 f2 and 12 f2).
Not sure as I don’t use NPF, but you should be able to calculate it by adding up the wh, then dividing by 60 watts (at 100% power) to get the amount of runtime
Nice review, Jay! I'm considering the PGYTech OneMo 25L with Shoulder Pack, as well as the LowePro ProTactic BP450 AWll Backpack for a mid-sized Nikon Mirrorless kit with 5 lenses (the longest being a Nikkor 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 zoom) and 1 or 2 bodies. Which would be better insofar as camera/lens storage capacity and build quality? Thank you!
I have both and the LowePro has more flexibility in the main compartment with more dividers. If you need all those lenses, it would be the more practical choice. It's still doable with the OneMo but taking out that 2nd bag just leaves an open space, you'd probably have to find an ICU that would fit or see if your lenses will fit inside that 2nd bag. With the LowePro and its flexible divider system, you could even leave your 70-300 mounted on your camera. BTW The LowePro is a 35L bag while the OneMo is only a 25L bag but that pocket in front when extended adds about 5-7L and if you take out the 2nd bag, that could add another 7-10L combined, giving you more than the 35L of the LowePro but in a 2 bag system.
@@MrPhilbautista Thanks for the advice. I actually find that the OneMo V2 25L is the only one I've tried so far that is deep enough to allow side access of the Z8 with Nikkor 24-120 f/4 S attached. I'm also thinking about the 180-600 f/5.6-6.3, which is longer than my 70-300 with FTZ Adapter, so could be a challenge in either bag. If I find the LowePro 450 locally, I will check it out.
As far as just the camera compartment goes, assuming you divide it up so there's the "loft" on top, are they similar enough size to not matter too much? I saw someone in a video fit a Canon R5 with 15-35 attached, 50mm 1.2, and 70-200 2.8 all in one of these bags(in the compartment only) but I couldn't tell if it was the small or the large.
@@ajayrijh Thank you so much for the reply. Did you test the battery in real life? How long it last ? I love to have a mini 99WH battery but i am afraid the 60x can't last for 75minutes.
My Led Amaran COB 60x has a V-mount problem, after 30% it turns off completely. I've done several tests with no solution. This V-mount you are using is not the same one that comes with the LED, correct?
@studioandersonfaria have you figured out a power solution? We are having the same exact problem you are. After 30% everything shuts off and it is driving us crazy!
@@Germainmedia Really a great disregard of the Amaran brand with its customers. They didn't give me any solution for that LED. And in all the brand's posts that I comment on, they never answer me about this serious defect. I have 2 leds that I can only use on AC power. The intention of this led is precisely to use with the battery. Complicated 😥!!!
@@andersonfariaa I feel the exact same way. We bought these lights for run and gun shooting and they are worthless for that because of the power issues. Very disappointed in Amaran for sure!
@@ajayrijh ha. it's all good. just keep it up. people don't really care that much. but as you grow, people (like it did) will absolutely let you know a thousand times haha.
