There used to be some incredibly talented and knowledgeable Tool & Die makers at Quaker. Sadly, most of them have passed, and the industry is a sad shell. There were more than a dozen Stamping and Die shops in Salem, with a huge knowledge base and culture of craftsmanship. Charlatans in management doomed the shops, one by one, along with politicians taking bribes from the chinese communist party.
