So happy and thankful for your honesty about your health challenges. I too am in the midst of a chronic issue, so it's been extremely inspiring to find your channel and witness your courage and strength. Im looking forward to many more amazing updates! Many blessings and thank you!🎉🎉 Remain awesome!🙏🏻😁❤️
I can't find any results, I'm from Hartlepool but go to uni in Hull so it's Rubin or Kneeshaw I'm planning to go with but I can't find any good stores of multiple results.
Hey Adam, it’s Lee. I’m coming off RU-vid for the foreseeable but I’d like to keep in touch, my temporary email is minniemousejan2010@yahoo.co.uk Your chest looks great and I’m glad you’re recovering well. Look forward to further updates
Thanks Lee buddy...2 weeks tomorrow (Wednesday) since op. Ive got slight infection on left side of my chest but other than that im doing good. Hope you are ok.
God, I really feel for you, so awkward and emasculating but at least you’ve got through it now, well done. Good luck for your surgery and have a good rest
Adam, I’m totally with you on the not looking down past my neck. I also know what you mean about feeling disconnected to your body. I don’t hate it but I feel totally detached from it. I like my face and internal organs (God bless them) and I like my personality but the bits and pieces which shouldn’t be there are just a burden, having to cover up with binder and big baggy clothes. Anyway, glad you are well prepared, look forward to knowing the result....
Mate, have a big chocolate cake with double cream on top, that’s why I do when I’m down in the dumps. Your therapist will help you get to the bottom of why you’re sad and that will help you to move forward happier. I got a dog recently and she’s really perked me up and helped me to stay off the booze. Is that your budgie in the background?
Lee Rudman it's my dads. We aren't allowed 4 legged pets in our new apartment!! (I live with my folks, for various reasons) . Chocolate cake sounds delicious but I'm diabetic plus trying to keep the weight off for top surgery. But a the moment I feel like I could eat Willy Wonkas Chocolate factory and not give a shit about being diabetic 🤣🤣🤣 but I won't. I don't take drugs, drink, or smoke, can't eat cake or sweets....dude no wonder I'm crazy!!
AdamB FTM Oh mate, I feel so bad for you. I don’t drink or smoke either and I hardly eat any meat but I’ll be damned if I’m gonna give up my chocolate cake and whipped cream. Sorry to hear about your diabetes. Good luck with the surgery!
@@lr3521 ah it doesnt bother me buddy. Ive had diabetes for 3 years. Its type 2. So not insulin controlled. I do have the odd treat but not as many as i would like ha ha. Thanks mate
AdamB FTM I’m doing ok mate. I’ve moved house and got a new dog so I’ve neglected my vlogs these last few weeks. But I’m about to do another one, hopefully by this weekend - on a new haircut and beard dye. Glad to see you back on RU-vid
Mate, I’m honoured you did this vlog for me! It’s definitely the most informative GIC rundown I’ve watched so far so thank you. I’ve probably got a year to wait for my first appt but I have a copy of my GP’s referral to them so I will contact them in a couple of months if I haven’t heard anything. I have time to make sense of my thoughts and my past and my memories! I’m gonna f-kin cringe when they ask me about sex and what not.
AdamB FTM F-kin ridiculous and another year after that before you get your T. Image anyone else in the country waiting 2 years for a prescription!!! We’re second class citizens.
You probably do need longer than 6 sessions but if it is decent therapist, it’ll do you some good I’m sure. I went to the Hertfordshire Therapy Centre last year when I was able to afford it (I’m skint now) and it was the best decision I ever made. I had about 14 fifty minute sessions. The sessions were painful and unsettling at times but made everything so clear in my mind and that’s when I knew I had to transition. I hope you can overcome your social anxiety which I’m sure will get easier as you settle more into your true identity.
This is the vlog I wanted to watch that disappeared so I’m glad you re-uploaded, although it did cut short. I’m so sorry to hear about this, it must have been terrifying and painful and I’m glad that they caught it in time. Do you get follow up gyno treatment on the NHS since you transitioned?
Lee Rudman ive just been signed off my Oncology Gynae check ups at my last appt in January. I have been checked regularly by my Oncology Nurse since i had my hysto.
AdamB FTM Good to hear you are recovering. It would obviously be a horrible thing for a cis gendered woman to deal with, let alone a trans man with the added trauma of having ‘downstairs’ dysphoria and not wanting to talk about it. I admire your strength, things like this help me to put my trivial troubles into perspective.
Lee Rudman it was hard to cope with. But its a chapter of my life thats finished now sadly it still affects me emotionally and psychologically. But thankfully i survived which some people dont get to say.
