I stood in the location a few weeks ago where this was filmed in Sydney. It's different but the bones are still there. It's funny because when you're there you notice this scene was actually filmed in 3 different spots. So in reality when scene starts and Morpheus says 'the matrix is a system', the fountain is actually behind the camera and the characters are walking away from it. Movie magic.
