Thank you so much for this. I've come back to this video multiple times in my journey toward covering my hair, and I'm feeling more and more convicted about it and today plan on shopping for my first veil. I grew up Mennonite, but my mom only ever wore the veil when older family was around and I never did, (it was more contemporary Lancaster conference) and when I grew up, that reason just didn't resonate with me. Now over the past years The Lord has led me toward many other reasons, and hearing many testimonies, including yours, have been wonderful inspiration. I'm a bit nervous about the social changes I will experience, but also excited to wear my testimony on my sleeve, or rather my head, in this case.
Have you thought about different way's to grow your channel ? I love your content !! What about showing the Mennonite/Amish community ? I've actually just unsubcribed to Megan & Lynette. Honestly they have just gotten so big and honestly don't care if your there or not. But yep we would love to see more content & help you grow. ❤

What thrift store was number 3? It didn’t look familiar to me? And maybe an idea…that chair could maybe look good in the corner in front of the closet if that’s a closet that you don’t use often and then could be pulled up for more seating.

It is okay that you took a break!! Besides, I was away and it took a while to catch up and now I finally am (after a couple of weeks). I definitely agree with you to have fun! I like what you film and you don't bore me. I feel like I am hanging out with a friend (or sister in Christ). I agree. . I have thick hair and many times my buns droop or fall apart even with all my bobby pins. . plus my hair is really really long. It takes a lot of pins. . . Those car prints are really great. I like those. That's awesome you have gone camping a few times with the camper!!

I'm also a mennonite with THICK hair so I feel your pain. I don't have to put my hair up as I wear a different style of covering but I tend to put it up anyway as it's out of the way.

I don't understand why they force children to smash this cake🙈. What kind of tradition is this? The child gets scared and doesn't understand what is expected of him and why he has to do it. Is this some kind of belief that the cake must be smashed at any cost?🤔 But otherwise it can be very funny as well, I believe, till the child doesn't start to cry🙃
