Salem's enthusiasm for cloudspire, and the depth of their knowledge of the game, is infectious and tremendous marketing. I'm even more excited for this game content now.
Super excited!! +1 to the "please make AI reference sheets for solo play". PVC would be awesome (happy to pay as addon), otherwise pdf would also be great.
Would love to see an all in pledge minus the core box for those of us who bought it retail. I know it can be pieced together…just throwing this out there in case it resonates.
Thank you for going for the storage box! Can’t wait to see overhead WIP layouts. Would be great to see a single page that goes with it that reminds you where everything goes! I absolutely love it when game companies, like Mantic Games, work with GT to have a reference guide I can use every-time I play to remind me what goes where. I guess it depends how “intuitive” you might percieve it to be, but I’ve definitely gotten plenty of beautiful storage solutions before with no key on where everything goes, leaving it for the community to play a whole new game called “3D storage puzzle!” So please, if it’s not too much to ask, please do include a key. Also Keep in mind I’m only at min 25 in the video so if you answer this question already, feel free to just drop a timestamp 😅
Im sorry but this trailer is soo bad 😂😂 all I’ve seen is that you stack discs and throw dice to remove discs… what is this game about ?? If that’s all than it’s pretty bad.
check out some of their Cloudspire videos if you're interested! It's a cult favorite among CTG games and has been around for a while, so there are a lot of gameplay videos out there!
The game's been out for 6+ years and is a bit of a beast rules/mechanics-wise. We went with sizzle over substance given a "how to play Cloudspire" that was 3D/2D animated and included notes on the new story would have been a hair out of our budget 🙂
Thank you for all your candor in answering questions. The answers helped set expectations for a few of my remaining concerns. I'm primarily a solo player so it does sound daunting from a table space and management standpoint. However, one of the video games I keep going back to over and over is Heroes of Might and Magic 5.5... a game where you start with a race and a class and then develop up to 8 skill lines that really change how it plays. It plays relatively quickly, is mainly turn based strategic combat and has a bit of planning. I love that game and it sounds like this is a board game that does that part very well :)
crazy I dont think i ever had a bones game take less than 4 hours (except maybe playing solo).. most times when im playing 4 player it is 6 hours minimum closer to 8 with longest being 13...
@@Starshorts1234 people who don’t know how to play, AP, lots of chatting, reading over character sheets trying to pick out character, setip and cleaning up, eating .
Thank you for mentioning how people tries to "solve" a gearloc and rarely go back to it. For me, TMB's main appeal is in how to pair the gearlocs and their respective skill lines and still make an effective team.
