Have you ever seen a movie so bad that it’s amazing? Paul Scheer, June Diane Raphael and Jason Mantzoukas want to hear about it! We’ll watch it with our funniest friends, and report back to you with the results.
Wait, I’m on June and Jason’s side, but do they actually think Phoebe Cates is doing all the things Fred did? NO! Lol. So incorrect! They would have established that at some point if that was true. A child manifests imaginary friends in the real world, yes. NOT in this movie though Jason and June!
Casey Wilson is an annoying arguer. They’re having a fun argument, and she kinda is too, but she’s adding in little underhanded comments that people say when they’re actually annoyed. And that’s annoying to hear.
Btw, drop dead Fred isn’t supposed to be a part of her! In this world, imaginary friends are their own entity! They move from kid to kid, with the same personality! Remember the waiting room scene? And when Fred moves on to Mickey’s daughter at the end! Proving they’re not part of each child’s psyche! 🙄 I was on June and Jason’s side til they said that. That’s just nuts. So all of those other imaginary friends in the waiting room are just parts of those specific children? Then how do they all know each others personalities and go way back? That should settle that argument, but I’m guessing not.
The belt part was the only funny part of the movie that was meant to be funny! I think. You were OBVIOUSLY supposed to think the dad was gonna use the belt on the kid! You seriously thought he was gonna pee on him? Lol. WHAT!?
I have just gotten into the podcast and quite enjoy it. You guys have been solace in a challenging moment. All the best and please don't secretly be pieces of shit like so so many public figures are. Much love and come to Wisconsin sometime.
i havent seen it since i was a child but i remembered thinking it was good enough for "nothing else is on" telivison. I also remembered quoting "i've felt warmer buts on a polar bear" obnoxiously. although just based on memory i can figure it's pretty awful. it's like the production Wanted to make a mid tier romcom.

They should do Blood Debts (best ending ever) or a late stage Seagal movie.
Nah. Just garbage. "90's kids" need to differentiate between things worthy of nostalgia from their youth and just "shit that was on basic cable A LOT in the afternoon".
@@miguelvelez7221 My friend let me tell you the nineties was a crazy time and so much so that even some of the bad blockbuster films of the time capture what we now understand was a once in a lifetime era. For example even you even citing Judge Dredd as an afternoon cable TV staple literally makes my point for me. Think about it !!!! The afternoon cable TV movie thing really got going in the nineties !!!!
Dunno how true it is, but John Wagner - the co-creator with Carlos Ezquerra - apparently stayed in my hometown for a while and based Mega-City One on the area he lived in. Makes one swell pride, it does.
