As per your suggestions we went on to use the Aura Series encoder. We made a PCB on which the reader is mounted; that interface is connected with iC-Haus MB5U adapter. Please find the attached schematics on which the sensor is placed. For your ready reference, our adapter is working fine as we tested with other company's encoders as well.

Cycloidal gearbox can be used alternatively to strain wave gears, but generally, although also considered to have zero backlash, none are truly zero and cycloidals have slightly more than strain wave gears. The OD to output torque ratios also tend to be larger.
