Outer white structure doesn't add to the strength of the building ..it makes it bulkier. Honestly natural resources can be used better...

Just a massive waste of material energy, and money. These buildings are impossible to maintain, clean and they are the opposite of sustainable.

Like Frank Gehry’s self indulgences; post occupation building maintenance is so ridiculously expensive clients like MIT are suing Gehry Young aspiring architects admiring Zaha’s curves should realize they need patrons to fund their projects. Even Kaufman was put off by Frank Lloyd Wright after the Fall of Falling Waters
