It's nearly morning, but still night here where I live, and I cannot sleep ... again🥱 I just discovered you, and I have to watch your videos. Beautiful tea, beautiful pictures, beautiful music ... just like the music in my favourite game "Coffee Talk". 🎮 Your channel here is like visiting an art gallery. Thank you💝
I use almond milk, so it won’t be as thick, but following these steps made the best matcha latte I’ve ever had, so thank you! 🙏 I tried Spirit Tea’s Kodemari / Signature Matcha
My matcha latte’s never turned out right until I put on a mask in an empty room with no one anywhere nearby! Finally felt safe enough to bring my matcha to perfection.
You singly handle fixed my hot matcha lattes. I didn’t want to have to buy store creamer to get what I wanted and now I don’t have to. Adding the match to room temp water and syrup is what changes it for me.
many thanks for the amazing videos and recipe for doing that! But why don´t you make any videos in 4K HDR? :D That would look more amazing as it already is! Looking forward to watch all videos from you and try to make all your drinks! cheers :D
i dont rly get your ratios, so inconsistent, here you put 3gram hojicha into 250ml milk(whipping cream i count as thicker milk) but into hojicha latte you put 5-6gram hojicha into 135ml milk.. which is almost double .. seems like this dalgona will be super weak, since u putting in whipping cream which is very strong, i thought that u would wanna put in even more hojicha powder than in latte, to balance out whipcream can u explain the mystery behind your ratios? also the iced one you put like 1.5gram into 135ml water... so your ratios seems to be all over the place incosistent.
Seriously you CANNOT whisk milk and make it this thick unless you are using milk frother Eg coffee machine. Unless the green tea portion is using whipping cream or something. Oops 🙊
i am not sure but maybe that sugar syrup he used does it more bubbly and therefore looks creamy. this video has full of ads of things to do matcha. other than that looks tasty.
1. Use frother (was being used in the video) 2. And from personal trial and error, pouring the matcha part over the ice helps with the seperation of layers like in the video.
I just purchase some Ajisai matcha yesterday, and decided I should do a self pickup from their Bangsar branch, I was so fascinated, and with a sense of pure satisfaction.
