I can relate so much to what you said about the anxiety that comes with birthdays, it can get overwhelming 😭 and some people get mad or cut you off or hold a grudge when you dont text them back to say thank you but you instead write a "Thank you for the birthday wishes everyone". Its so crazy🤣

That part of people wishing happy birthday and you need to respond by thank yous, also the posting people's birthday. I am glad that there are very few people who know my birthday, I usually receive less than 10 birthday wishes and I love it like that. As for posting people's birthday on my statuses, I don't do it and never did, will never do. I actually dislike that thing. I am glad nobody posts me cause I owe nobody nothing. And also this thing of people having expectations on their birthdays is out of order.
