I sip it over a few hours. If you drink it quick, you will probably get bloated. It’s a ton of greens to down quickly. That’s how I think of it anyways. Please let me know how it goes for you ❤️

When I stick with it, I feel the changes. Life has been happening lately, and I haven’t been able to consistently stick with it. This week I have hit back with it ❤️ day 5 so far and I feel more energetic. The heat here in Texas makes my MS unbearable so I don’t necessarily feel a ton of difference, but I know it’s happening. Keep me posted love!!
@@parttimeveganhtx I hate the heat is bad for you there, I can relate. I love the fact you know it’s working for your good, even though you can’t feel it yet. Day 5 is good, I know all about life happening so I understand. We can keep each other encouraged. I’ll check on soon.
Yes, please let’s definitely keep each other encouraged! I really appreciate that. I am definitely going to do everything I can to stick with it this time. I want to feel better and be able to live my life again. It’s truly great because this will help cure the heat sensitivity as well. It just takes time.
Stop being spoiled. Go work any labor job and see what its like to hear people like you constantly on your back and you and your team are litterally not sleeping trying to fix the situation. Stfu
I am so sorry for the delayed response!! I use a combo of mango and pineapple to make the smoothie taste good (to my palette). Use plenty of liquid so that it isn’t super thick, and just force yourself to drink it. That’s my best advice honestly 😊

Good for you. Dr Goldner knows what she is doing - she healed her own auto immune disease for heaven’s sake! - so stay the course. Whenever I feel not 100%, I increase the smoothie intake and I always feel better. How can you not with cruciferous vegetables, the most nutritious food you can consume?! I just use 75% kale and the then some flax seeds, half an avocado to help absorb more of the greens, and then fruit for flavor. Easy! Don’t worry about people discouraging you based on literature. Go with people like Dr Goldner who only know the results from herself and her patients.
You are absolutely right. I don’t listen to other people trying to denounce the plant-based lifestyle. How can you go wrong with nutrient dense food? I just need to do better and really focused down on my diet again.
