What kind of certification/license does one need to sell their cut flowers at a farmstand at their house? Like, if someone is already selling backyard eggs, extra garden produce, and home baked goods from their house and they decide to add a few stems or small bouquets?
I have servsafe, Cornell University good manufacturing practices, etc, I just started in a commercial kitchen, I'm trying to get my food manufacturer's license, I do dry mixes mainly spice blends, am I going to have to send my spice blends off to a lab? Or can I just use something like recipal? I order my spices from amazon, sam's, walmart, Great American spa company, my spice sage, spice barn, all of these companies only sell licensed products from what I understand. So I'm wondering if I'm going to have to have spices that have already been tested before they are sold to me test it again after I make spice blends with them. I don't think I'm going to be able to afford to send my spices to a lab of for $1,000 a piece for testing. I would appreciate any answers you could give me. Ty
What fertilizer injection system did you use? There are so many with multiple applications from vegetables to flower production. We are in the middle of about 1000 mums this season and want to get away from hand watering.... any help is appreciated.
