I have Follow Up Boss and looking at other options. Would you pick Pipe Drive over Follow Up Boss?

Hey Bobby! It's good to connect with you! I did pick Pipedrive over Follow-up Boss (FUB). I don't know of any solo agents using FUB, but I do know of teams that buy and generate leads from multiple sources that use and love FUB. For me personally, it's a lot of functionality I don't have a need for.

Great video👏🏻 What dialer are you using with Pipedrive? I heard Kixie is great.

@nchambers1982 Месяц назад
To be honest, I don't use a dialer with Pipedrive. My business is 90% referral-based. I leverage Pipedrive more to serve my sphere. I'm sure there are plenty of folks who have and leverage a dialers.

Hello there! Have a nice day 💥 I have been watching your channel for a long time. Your video content is good. Good SEO is required to maintain your video views and subscribers. If the SEO is good, your subscriptions and views will increase permanently. your video's SEO score is (0/100%), ideally it should be 70-90% . If you want, I can help you improve it.

Is there any website option? With lofty you can get a website that allows you to send custom search’s using mls data and then allows you to capture leads.

Hi! Just a quick look at Lofty, looks like they use an IDX integration to bring a bunch of listings onto a customizable webpage and track client engagement - pretty cool! This is not a built in feature with pipedrive. Doesn't appear to be in the marketplace either. I've looked at IDX integration for my website in the past and came to the conclusion that I could never create a site as good as Redfin and Zillow with a positive ROI. Also, the natural sles process for a buyer or someone getting ready to sell their home is checking out Zillow and Redfin. I personally choose to work going with the grain versus trying to change my clients habits. All the to say, it would be nice to be able to track a client's search criteria as it would give indications for when would be a good time to reachout. I've heard Compass Brokerage created an application like this for their agents.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge about Pipedrive. I took some of your ideas, such as the the Unsolicited CMA and the Home Anniversary. I have two questions; If I add another seat such as an assistance will she have the same pipelines and structure as me automatically or that will be have to replicated? Can thos other seats be on different plans? Thanks
@nchambers1982
@nchambers1982 7 месяцев назад
Hey John! Thanks for watching. Good question! By default, all users can see all pipelines created. However, if you go into your Settings > Manage Users > Visability Groups. You can select which users can see and have access to specific pipelines. You can also manage permission sets of an individual. Just to specify "plan," the version of pipedrive you're subscribing to. Everyone on the same account has to be part of the same plan. I hope this helps!

Hello, Where did you link the info of calling , and visit of a property in pipedrive?
@nchambers1982
@nchambers1982 Год назад
Hi jennifer, You can click on a phone number to call a contact out of pipedrive. You would just need to add the phone # to thier contact info. When you say visit a property in Pipedrive. I think you're referring to making notes about the visit? If so, Pipedrive has a note section at the contact and deal level to keep track of notes. You can also slecet an address in Pipedrive to view on google maps.

Hi.. you want to do black tank FIRST, then gray.. because after draining black, the gray will help clean out the line and sewer hose before you put it away.

@Nic Chambers, Can Pipedrive be used to import off market property csvs and use a pipedrive to track properties that may eventually be good to solicit for a listing or purchase? For the sharing of tasks with clients or outside parties, you said you had to give a license, which is not good. Have you figured out a solution with Pipedrive?
@nchambers1982
@nchambers1982 Год назад
Hey @Joe, You could create a list of fields in Pipedrive that align with the off market property information in your spreadsheets or other CRM (people, organizations, deals, activities, notes, etc..) and upload this information into Pipedrive by aligniing the fields. Unfortutely, I haven't been able to find a solution within Pipedrive that allows sharing tasks with clients or outside parties. I do know of some agents who use Asana for this.
@jyobaccio1
@jyobaccio1 Год назад
@Nic Chambers, Chambers NW Thank you! I get property lists, in csv format, from multiple sources, so rarely are the headers exactly the same. With mapping those to Pipedrive, is it possible to map each csv property list, separately, but still have those in one pipedrive database? These would be properties I track for future acquisition or listings and not "Deals.". So, I'd use that that database of properties same way people add contacts as potential clients.
@jyobaccio1
@jyobaccio1 Год назад
@Nic Chambers, Chambers NW thought on one more. If you create a list of properties on Pipedrive, does Pipedrive allow you to send selected ones to a client to review and can you or the client sort that list, like a column in a spreadsheet? And, does Pipedrive have a way for that client to send questions or feedback on properties?
@nchambers1982
@nchambers1982 Год назад
@@jyobaccio1 You could use the contact fields as your naming conventions for the various property lists you'd import into Pipedrive. First Name: 1234 Main ST. Last name Seattle, WA. This could allow you to sort by city which may be handy. I would also create a field in pipedrive (and in each of the lists) named something along the lines of "List name." This way you could sort by the various lists if needed.
@nchambers1982
@nchambers1982 Год назад
@@jyobaccio1 Much like a spreadsheet you could filter the lists of properties down to a specific list, export that list as a .csv then send to the customer. Outside of that, there's not a way to send "lists" out of Pipedrive. For feedback you could create an email template with custom fields in pipedrive and email to the client. You can send attachments as well, which may be a good place to add the .csv list exported from pipedrive. There's a lot of work arounds here, I'm not sure Pipedrive is going to be a good fit. However, I can't think of another solution that would be better...
