If you mean the skins , they are both in the month missions, you get both in the initial rewards, If you have the d-16 skin then you have the Orion Pax skin as well because they are in the same chest(reward), but you need to unlock the standard Orion Pax.

I think you need to pass through the game initial levels to be able to do the Quests for unlock the skins, but the skins are easy to get because they are the initial reward after you get the 3 star crystals for D-16(decepticon account) and Orion Pax (autobot account).

Not, you can get the both skins in your autobot account

I looked in my account to make sure, and i find out you can get both skins in an decepticon account or in an autobot account
