Not heard of that one but in my case ground beef did me wonders. I think it might be an issue in rare cases but for the majority of people ground beef will be very effective at healing acne.

It’s crazy how you went from that much acne to nothing through a diet change! I’m trying hard to avoid processed food. Thank you for the guides, I think with them I may have hope for my teenage years
My experience is that, your skin becomes dependent on it. When I stop using them my skin always gets worse temporarily then gets back to normal overtime but in my opinion I don’t like putting chemicals all over my face. So I would just try washing with water for a while to experiment
I don’t even use water only when I take a shower every couple days. I live in a place with hard water which can further irritate the skin. My skin got really dry the first two weeks and it produced many clusters of white head pimples but I stuck with it and week 3 it’s much better now. My skin is pretty clear just with some scarring
All the chemicals works only temporary once you left the problem comes again better to stay away from it and wash only with natures most precious gift only water🙏🙏
You are probably doing the best thing for your skin ever, your genetics and life habits will be the only factors for beautiful skin. Do not wash your face with cleanser (not even with organic soap unless you spent your day in a coal mine!!) apply anything on your skin (not even mineral sunscreen), mechanical protection is best (hats, long sleeves), it will heal and exfoliates naturally. It takes time (good results within a few weeks, final results in a year). This method has been introduced by a Japanese plastic surgeon, Ryuichi Utsugi, many many years ago, his book "skin fasting" is mostly unkown to the western world. Skin is an excretory and protective organ, it is meant to be fed from within not from the outside. Congrats! (I am a 52 year old French woman and beauty is no joke, I use the same regimen as you, my sons also use the same method and have gorgeous acne free skin).
Thank you for your message. I stoped using most of my skincare from a long time as well, and my skin looks better. The only thing I use is mineral sunscreen in the morning (to protect from UV light) and moisturizing cream in the evening (cuz Why not). And I wash my face few times per day just with water.. im keeping it simple
i realised that after skincare my skin got way worse after 7 months week after week, its been 3 weeks of just using water and my skin has cleared up for the first time in ages crazy.

I suffered for many years when I was young. I was antibiotics and doctor wanted to put me on acutailne. I went to a naturalpath and we cut out all oils, dairy, sugar, wheat and supported my liver. Acne and cysts were gone in 3 months. I 100% agree this is all fixable with diet. 20 years ago was different, with not much research into carnivore. This makes complete sense. I might add supplement with cod oil or eat high omega 3 fish on the diet. Great video!!!
You obviously have 'grown out' of your problem. However, there are people like me who have suffered many many many years of cystic acne which required specialist treatment. I have lived on antibiotics most of my life. I have not used any creams or potions just micellar water to clean my face but I still needed professional treatment. So whilst you were lucky not everybody's skin will appreciate the 'cave man' treatment. If you have a serious acne problem please see a dermatologist.
Also, eating excessive sugar and carbs can cause the body to deplete B vitamins, and one of the most important ones for clear skin is vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), and without it you can start having skin issues because your body needs vitamin B5 to have clear skin and when you are going through puberty, your sex organs use up most of the B5 in your system leaving none left for healthy skin. This is why a change in diet helps so much bc it helps to restore vitamins because instead of depleting them with sugar and carbs, you're body actually holds on to them from the food you eat and you begin to benefit from those vitamins and minerals. Eat foods high in B vitamins and if you choose to supplement, make sure you are not getting a synthetic version of B5 because unbeknownst to most of the public, 90% of vitamins are synthetic
I had a severe case of pimples and my face is full of scars to this day, they were so big that at school they said I had a third eye, and when another one appeared on my ear they told me it looked like a tumor, I still have it today self-esteem problems, next year I intend to have a skin treatment to reduce the scars and perhaps improve my self-esteem, but I still can't say that it ruined my life because there were things much worse that really ruined me, have faith my friend that one day you will You'll overcome it, I know it's easy to say, but if I managed to overcome it halfway, you can too, and look, you're much more beautiful than me, I guarantee that.
