holy shiiit you guys are taking one leaked song to heart and making so many assumptions off of it ☠️. “she doesn’t help the dwarfs in this one? she’s staying there for free and has the audacity to boss them around and she doesn’t do anything 👹.” like, how do you come up with that? there’s literally a line where she says “when WE’RE a TEAM the house will gleam.” it’s literally about working together and the fact that collaboration makes things easier and run more smoothly. she’s staying there “for free”, but she’s encouraging them and assisting in keeping their home in shape. if she did it all for them and left by the end of the movie, they wouldn’t think of working together to maintain everything. i swear y’all are so pressed over things that don’t matter that the rage in your heads is leaving no space for critical thinking.
She’s a great singer, but this is actually so toxic lol such a subversion of the Snow White character. You can hear her distain for the dwarves in her tone… Even if she didn’t intend it that way she comes across as smug and holier than thou.

Meh, again I don't really care for this much tho' I'm not trying to defend this stupid movie and all either, but sometimes as a Disney unlike the others that do nothing but rage over movies like this with their childish tantrums that they call "opinions" that I kinda feel like the only sane and mature one around that didn't really care for these remakes since I tend to ignore them but is too lazy to be angry over them because what I always do like what other Disney fans would do is watch old favorites like how I did with my faves such as Jetix,Playhouse Disney, and live action originals like Pirates of the Carribean and TRON. Besides to tell the truth? I did watch the original Snow White movie on Disney Channel once but it's not my favorite since as a Disney fan when it comes to preferences I'm usually more of a Lion King,Winnie the Pooh,Lilo & Stitch, and Pixar etc. guy lol. Plus, I usually think that this one favorite Disney XD show of mine I use to watch when I was in my pre-teens called The 7D which is a spinoff of the Seven Dwarfs was way more enjoyable to me than both Snow White and this remake combined, mostly because unlike those two Disney movies that I think The 7D has catchy music from Parry Gripp ;)
You see if the song can be retained why is the story plot can't? Only the incapable see that the original plot need changes. It's only been perfected by Disney himself ages ago.
her career seems to be doing fine last time i checked? her role in “the ballad of songbirds and snakes” was incredible and that film revived the hunger games fandom, plus she’s about to be in a fun horror film produced by a24, and she’s literally staring alongside kit connor in “romeo + juliet” on BROADWAY by the end of this month. i don’t think a couple meaningless interviews from over a year ago would get her blacklisted from any hollywood or broadway production, especially when there’s plenty of successful actors who have said much much worse things. please don’t listen to the rage accounts who twist her words and take things out of context to farm views off of people who got their feelings hurt. they just love claiming that she got herself cancelled when that’s clearly not the case ☠️
The only good thing is her voice, and even then it just doesn't remind me of snow white singing - I'm not talking about Snow White's original singing voice (I get that some ppl think it's annoying), I'm talking about that when you think of Snow White you think purity, softness and kindness so you'd expect her singing voice to be very soft-sounding, not high-paced pop singer

i want to give a lil opinion on this, so i guess we know tht they change the situation here, where in the original it should be snow and the animals who clean the house, but here snow teach the dwarfs how to clean their house. I know tht in the original, the message is tht u have to work hard to get what u want (snow cleans their house, the dwarfs let her stay there) now hear me out, when i compare the original to this one, i feel like this one makes more sense in real life, like u should work smarter than/not harder, right?? cause on the other side, in this song it doesnt seem like snow is forcing the dwarfs to clean their house, but instead she teaches them.. and if u think abt it, it actually benefits the dwarfs plus, i dont think its fair to judge the whole plot from seeing only this part of the movie, cause we actually dont know anything abt the full movie wht do u guys think??
@@joewhitehead3 I truly do enjoy when a movie, including Disney, does well. But recent Disney content has been miss after miss with a few good hits in the bunch. And after everything we’ve heard leading up to this movie, it feels like it will not succeed which is disappointing

I admit she has a nice voice, but she's not giving Snow White vibes, and don't even get me started on physicality. They squeaked by with Ariel, but the physical appearance is literally in the title for this movie LOL!! Also, like so many others pointed out in this scene, the point was to help the dwarfs (or little children as she thought) clean up so they'll let her stay...I don't recall Snow White storming in the cottage demanding the dwarfs to clean up their own house just cuz...like why?!!...
from this one leaked song you came up with the assumption that she stormed in and started bossing them around? that’s a pretty bold statement when you have no context to back it up lol. it’s likely she’s been there for a short amount of time and saw how dysfunctional they were, so she chose to help in resolving that issue by teaching them how collaboration makes work more efficient. it’s literally a life skill that they could utilize while working in the mines. i don’t know how a song about teamwork gets interpreted into snow white being demanding when the lyrics literally include “when WE’RE a TEAM the house will gleam”.

For all of the awful creative and PR choices Disney made with this movie, i gotta say, this track is objectively a bop. So glad that Disney learned a lesson from Wish and decided to start hiring actual musical conposers again
@@web-headsassemble9415 keep an open mind! There's a reason I typically avoid trailers and other promotional content before seeing a movie. Try to remember that the promotional team and the production team are two separate entities and don't always reflect one another. Also, Rachel Zegler, despite being an insufferable face-punchable gen z-er in interviews, is actually very good at her job, which is acting and singing. Is this movie likely to shit on the original's themes/content? Yeah, probably. But if all of the music is consistently this good, it could still absolutely turn out to be an enjoyable flick.
This isn’t a new song. If it was I would agree with you. But they didn’t hire a composer or songwriter to make any substantive updates to this classic song. I do agree that this is an iconic tune!
Basically now the dwarves will clean their own house when they clearly liked being in the dirt in the beginning, and now Snow White won't even pick up a broom.
Why can’t they just make EXACTLY what was made in the original movie? That’s what the public wants, not that cr#p they did with Mulan live action and this one they’re apparently doing too… End woke culture and stop modifications!!!
