FYI, the date code of 2007 PREDATES the release of the Speedy Bandoliere which didn’t come out until 2011. It’s wrong for a bigger reason than just the zipper on the pocket! Also, the locks on the authentic speedy bags are not brass PLATED, they are SOLID brass. Otherwise, great review. Bag looks very nice. Mentioning the price may have been helpful.
You have the shoulder cushion put on the wrong way. The wide part should be on your shoulder, not on top and the LV heat stamp should be covered by the strap. You need to,take it out and thread it the proper way in order for it to work as intended to be a wider area of leather covering your shoulder.

I bought a Montaigne mm in taupe , but my D ring , I mean the hardware which connects the bag to the handle( it’s shape is rectangular) doesn’t have the Louis Vuitton written . I am worried if it original or not .
Thanks for your video! I’m in a similar situation found a 1985 speedy 40 in great condition. My only complaint and what I want is the rivets were replaced with generic ones. Any information on this? Should I take it to the store or purchase them off eBay and do themself.
I'm not one to comment on negative reviews, but wow, you have every right to be upset! The different color rivets would have pushed me over the edge. That is really unacceptable 😑. Hopefully, by now, it's changed.
Hi!!! I bought this bag like 10 years ago a a Goodwill 😳 it’s been authenticated since. I paid $4.99 for it!! Isn’t it crazy!? My question… it has a pen stain in the bottom. Do you think it’s washable? I love it! The brown on brown is perfect for the fall and winter. I’ve been looking for one just like mine with very little luck. Thank you for the video!!
If I saw this bag in real life, I would immediately know it’s fake. The color of the canvas is so off and the glazing is terrible. Not to mention the straps are way thicker than a normal never fall.
