it doesn't originate from any other song, it's an original composition. Sure, it's inspired by Bollywood music that exsists, but it's not a copy of a specific song, or anything like that.
So, you want me to buy this "pack"... And then if I do something major with it, you get 50% of the profits? Why do I even pay for it in the first place then?
@@ChrisKoraltan The last line in the link says it in bold, I didn't really read the terms fully though, I think it applies at over 1 million plays or so.
I apologize for the long text in advance, unfortunately there's no way to answer this shortly, so here it goes: First of all, let me say, that we only ask for splits and publishing on major releases, so a producer who solely does indipenedet stuff and sells beats online, can technically still use the non-royalty free samples on royalty free basis and never pay anything other than the small upfront fee. We have done just that and sold over 30K beats ourselves and have earned over 1M$ in beat sales and we did it using all kinds of samples and never paid anybody anything for it, other than $30 here, $50 there, so we can attest to the enourmous value these samples can provide for a producers career. Obviously there are a lot of different ways for a producer to monetize their craft and major placements is literally the only one that we’d ask for a split on. Also, 50% is not set in stone. Every record is different and splits have to make sense for the specific record and that’s hardly ever 50/50. Now with that being said, if you purchase a copy of this pack and do something major with it, you still did it using one of our samples that we composed. Spending $30 doesn’t change the fact, that we co-produced that record and every co-producer on a song should be eligible to receive a split and fair compensation. With all due respect fam, only someone with 0 placements would assume that having publishing on a major record is worth $30 and paying that as an upfront fee should take care of that. Now I do understand that some folks still don’t like this, or think it’s not fair (I strongly disagree, whatever…) Because of that, we have 100+ royalty free sample packs and drumkits available on our site right now. That’s almost 1000 samples and god knows how many drumloops that you can use, do major things with and never pay anything other than a small upfront fee for. Unfortunately, produces went multi platinum with our royalty free samples one too many times for us to not feel some type of way about it and let’s be real, you’d feel the same way if it was you. I hope that puts it in persepctive. Much love, Tommaso - DopeBoyzMuzic.
@@ChrisKoraltanthen don’t buy it bro , fuck you complaining about , he didn’t make it specifically for you. If you don’t wanna invest in your craft , find a new 1
It’s because people with an MPC like myself can load anything from RU-vid or Apple Music straight into their MPC and get it for free. So if he drops a ton of tags on it people can’t rip it off RU-vid and he gets paid 😎. I’m sure if you buy it there no tags . Great pack btw
I've used these guys samples in a few of my beats. And I can truly tell you that it is worth every penny spent. If we're going to invest in good samples, you may as well. Come here, not throwing shade at any other company. But this right here is the truth
