If it’s cortisol, which is likely since I guess you have a lot on your mind, I recommend trying Magnesium oil from SaltLab-it works really well. Eating enough protein before bed can also help stabilize your blood sugar, which may prevent cortisol spikes that wake you up around 4 a.m. Give it a try! Oh, and a weighted blanket can also be helpful for those who sleep alone. I have a 2 year old, 1 year old, 5 month old, and I'm pregnant. I'm trying to manage a home while my husband works long shifts and is often away for 3-5 days (several times a month). I get 5 hours of sleep on a good night. Why don't I just stop cooking, cleaning, and caring for my children. Then, I will have so much mental clarity! Lol

I grew up near water. Most my life I lived by a big body of water. Florida. Sandusky oh and hometown Oswego NY. In 2015 moved to dry as all get up texhoma. I have had breathing problems being stuffy nose pretty much since. The little bit of cold time it clears up. Maybe 2 months out of the year

Cause we all ceo's and make 6 figures and need to have six packs...I slay my world in my way, I upkeep my house, I stay humble and own my home with my 8yr old non verbal autistic son. I'm financially sound with little debt. I weigh 135 after eating the steak I grill. I'm 6ft and rock the bedroom while maintaining a light hearted personality even after all the crap I've put up with, from my ex wife to the multiple women who tried to beat me down. Hell I was in a poly relationship with 2 plus women for multiple years recently and they still miss me. Stop giving trash advice to guys, learn to be content at some point. Be there for others but put yourself first and never stop loving. If you have children you can't afford to take breaks esp if they special needs. Don't be lazy and do house work and take care of yourself. If they can't respect that, then it's not really love and it's not needed. Keep yourself free from drama and look to what's really important in life. I'm 40yr olds now I ain't got time for BS. Be real, stay humble and be thankful to be alive Peace

Doesn’t matter what he (any man) does, she will never be happy. She needs to stop focusing on what someone else needs to be/do to “make her happy”, that’s codependency. In reality.. no one can or will make her happy. That has to come from inside herself.. she can fuck off, that’s what she can do. I’m sure he’s railing her as hard as he can because he knows he needs to get it while it lasts. He is out there “fuckin it”.. women are dumb. @@_ckcollective Yes please. I have been married for 30 years. In the last couple of years i have been desiring sex less and less, to the point at the beginning of 2024 i didn't want sex at all. I did have my Dr. run tests and all my levels are within the normal range. I kind self diagnosed myself to 30 years of me being the one that puts in all of the effort during sex. Any help or advice or books to read would be extremely helpful. I still love my wife very much. Thank you.
