The City and State must ban and enforce to all the illegal street food. It's not fair to the business people had pay thousands of dollars for their overhead rent, permit, insurance and utilities.
The problems are three main areas. One, natural and man made disasters wiping out existing homes stock. Two, hedge funds and investment vultures like black stone group and invitation homes and corporations buying up entire subdivisions and even communities to rent them out. They use the rents among themselves as unregulated pools of income and money to buy even more homes up. Third, foreign national loans to non citizens , not even a travel USA visa is required, no income, no employment, no USA credit or in many cases foreign credit not needed as they give them a 620 credit score off the bat, then they get to traffic money into USA real estate with NO Seasoning or putting that money in Any USA bank or credit union at all. Direct to title and no sourcing the money. Foreign nationals can’t buy an owner occupied because they aren’t allowed to live here, they are buying up homes, duplexes and 5-8 units all over America and jacking up rents just like hedge funds. Putting mom and pop investors out of business and the Market to even get started. Regulation and the government are what we need to step and and fight the real estate, mortgage and hedge funds that lobby for this cause of homeless families and seniors. Demand your representative to stop foreign national loans without one or two years season on the funds in a USA bank so we can use that money and limit foreign national to only two properties they can buy over each 5 year period and they pay a tax if they try to take the money they make on the sale or rents overseas. Then look at what warren in trying to get done to regulate these hedge funds from buying up all our homes and mobile homes parks. Put a cap on it and or a super high tax or something to stop it.

This program includes PHONE and /or INTERNET services, which MOST people now REQUIRE to keep up with LIFE !!! It's unfortunate that so many of these companies that are in the wrong until they are sued and or a local TV station does some investigating. Sounds like Uber was aware of what was going on and had no intention of stopping it until they were called out in public.

Go in with people and buy a apartment building or even a house. Own your own room. Stop paying the greedy landlord. Who rents out junk shacks for 2-3000 a month.
Grubhub did the same thing, as a previous driver I was given a credit card to place and pay for orders. I always found it strange that I was told to use my name, the customer’s. There were multiple times where items were not available, because Grubhub simply copies the menu online and places it on their website, all without the restaurant’s approval.
i wouldnt want to own a home have you seen the housing data chart? from the year 1890-2000 there was no housing bubble even in 1929 with the housing crash there was no bubble. only the 2000-2008 and 2010-2022 run up. in 2008 you didnt have inflation how bad would it be for home owner that over paid $100,000 in 2021 and now are going to lose not just that but 100,000s more w/ inflation
