I live in Central Florida and spend a lot of time bass fishing on Lake Underhill, the St Johns River and Stickmarsh Farm 13. I catch and store my own wild shiners, but I use artificial bait too.
Follow the old logging road to the top of Whiteside Mountain. Where the trail cuts back to the right at the top of the cliffs there is an unmarked spur trail that drops off to the left. The entire Devils Courthouse trail is a 3 mile loop that comes back to the parking area.
I move around and bait 5 or 6 spots, then come back and throw on the first one. Might be 10 minutes. Then chum a little more as you try each spot and go around again.
I have been ordering rolls of pond filter material from Amazon. It comes in a roll so you can cut to fit your bucket. Aqua-Flo 12" Pond & Aquarium Filter Media, 72" (6 Feet) Long x 1" Thick (Green/White) a.co/d/aGGfAZT
I didn't know you could order it in rolls!. In someone else's video, he was cutting up a/c filters, and it probably wasn't filtering as well. Thank you for your reply!
You can keep them for a couple of weeks in cold weather with daily water changes. Water quality will improve after 2 or 3 days as they purge out if you don't feed them.
My tire came off parking in a space. I guess it was wobbling and ate up the rigdes at the end of the axle so i cant screw the new tire back on. I'm hoping for a quicker fix than replacing the axle
I hope your luck is better than mine. One end of the axle was damaged from dragging on the road. The other bearing wouldn't come off even with a sledge hammer. Still could have been worse.
