Because 12 is a more precise number. If two men were in a race and both ran to the line but the clock only measured to 10 seconds who won. You would need more numbers to tell. Suppose the clock went to 10.0 seconds you could them tell them apart. So the more you divide the circle the greater the precision and accuracy. As to the request for a video what would you want me to do exactly?
