This is a real maize filled bag, some many on youtube they claim they're filled with maize but are filled with light shit to make them look good. Maize bags are not heavy but they're harder to move because they're really dense.
BoxingBadBoy 77. In the Valentine fight, he lost to the better man on the night. Ryan is not one to publicly make excuses but there was circumstances in the build up that he would have been well within his rights to pull out. Well done to Valentine, he took Ryan off his rhythm and beat him. I am sure Ryan will come back a better man and a better boxer from the humbling experience.
You can purchase tickets from Fighting Fit City Gym, Birmingham City Centre. Rob has had to stop boxing amateur as he has too many work and family commitments. Joe Wilson boxed amateur for Repton many years ago and both Brian and Simon have 'milled' in the army. Rob boxed at 84kg amateur and all of the other boxers are in excess of 95kg so it will a close division!
As an elusive southpaw he has been sparring with Groves for the Degale fight and has been grateful of the experience. Despite what DeGale may have been shouting Tank (Aston) has been having it far from all his own way in sparring and he assures us that Groves is on top form and will give DeGale a nightmare. As for Ryan Aston he is making his debut on the Haye v Klitschko bill and is no doubt going to achieve alot in the sport. He is a product of Priory Park ABC!
@BoxingBadBoy77 Ryan started boxing when he was 8. He was called tank because he was fat and as wide as he was tall (he loves to be reminded of that! and prefers to forget the name his old amateur club mates gave him!) He was a very talented amateur he won 4 nations and national titles as a junior. As he senior he won gold medals for England but was asked to drop down a weight division to make the olympic squad. This would involve him losing over 7kg of musce! He has since signed with Hayemaker
@brandeezy108 - I get on RU-vid when I'm at home, because I don't live in the gym DUMBASS! I work the heavy bag (The right way) when I'm in the gym training.
As much as I have enjoyed watching all of you post comments over the past few months. There are a few things I would like to clarify. 1. It was a training video used for recreational fitness boxers to show them variety they can put into heavy bag work. 2. I was out of season and had a hangover on the the day of filming the video, which again was light hearted demonstartion of how to mix up bag work for the fitness boxer. 3. Get over yourselfs - It's only a video!
All of you act as if he's asking your opinions. Just watch the video and shut the hell up, I'm sure his trainer will build him up in due time, when his skills can handle the demand.
