I'm looking to relocate to Savannah and possibly take some classes at SCAD (30 years later!), so just checking out all the cool and informative videos out there. This is definitely one. Thanks!!
Love this. I would consider this, if it weren't for my animals. Weird question, but how often does downtown flood? Lol you probably get asked that a lot. I was looking at a renovated brick home downtown and noticed a bathtub type ring around the perimeter.
So the area as a whole does have a tendency to flood just because it’s coastal, but the downtown area specifically isn’t as bad as like the marshy areas around it. But what’s why we have flood insurance! You should definitely consider :)
Cities with lots of tourism tend to be much friendlier as so many people on the streets are happily on vacation. Love it. Thinking of moving back to Savannah for that reason alone. Boston sucks.
A BETTER QUESTION IS WHY WOULD YOU. CANT WAIT TO GET OUT HIGH CRIME HIGH TAXES AND SCHOOLS ????????????????? YOU FIGURE IT OUT. OF COURSE A REALTOR SAYS ITS GREAT
Sorry you feel that way John! It’s a beautiful city, but it’s not for everyone. If you need any help with the relocation process, feel free to shoot me an email. I’d love to help you where I can!
That's awesome! I actually moved to Western NC, but I still keep up with a lot of my agent friends from the area. Savannah is one of the most beautiful cities I've ever experienced, and as far as I can tell, business is booming! Shoot me an email, and we'll talk details: d.amer@kw.com :)
Here is what Savannah really looks like. The westside of Savannah is horrible with crime and school system is one of the worse around. The video i posted is on the edge of the historic district (Frazier and Yamacraw village). ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4USrQbKDBdQ.html
