Hello administrator, I have a question about the I-140 form. Are applicants presently allowed to fill the proposed employment section, even when they don't yet have a job offer?

Funny! We would love to respond but we already did on this channel. Focus on your strength(s) to convince your case reviewer beyond all reasonable doubt. You’ll agree with the USCIS that publication(s) is not the only way to show your achievements as a Professional.

can we change our field once we get the EB2 niw? For example, if we get approved for NIW in field of science and technology, is it possilbe for to change the field from science to health ?
USCIS states in the guideline for EB2-NIW that they understand that your proposed endeavor may not be successful. Personally, I know people who got their EB2-NIW based on their science background (proposed endeavor) and they have changed their career path to another field such as Business analysis and Data science
It's easy applying for a Green Card if you enter legally. The problem is the folks that entered illegally, married to U.S, Citizen and still can't adjust their status without leaving the U.S.
