WOW! I absolutely LOVE the shots during the final section of the film starting at the 15 minute mark. I don't know what about this film feels so... wholesome, but it hits a lot of calm happy emotions that other surf films don't manage to get to, even with a deeper story. Props to everybody who put this one together! now to go surf my mctavish...
Awesome. Funny, just about the time you released this, I released song called "Heading South" about ... a fair-weather surfer. Can't make this stuff up.
How much knowledge this bloke has is mind boggling. I watched this to see if his take/theory/opinion was the same as Tom Wegener's. It is. But Bob has been around alot longer. Geez I hope enough of this knowledge keeps getting passed down.
@@taylorr3529 No I haven't. Perhaps someone can correct me, but my understanding the original has even more rocker, a bit more of hip plus a couple of belly channels for extra hold, I think? It's probably better for beach breaks and not the best for the points.
