Just a boof headed Aussie old school mechanic from Western Sydney and his passion for old cars and bikes, turning junk into cool, plus other random shenanigans that a person my age probably shouldn’t attempt..

Lmfao was supposed to go this year sooo bummed out I couldn't make it. Was a wicked race, tho well done to all the boys they raced amazing today, lol. I'm super impressed by Cooper Murry and Cam Waters for their position climbing, too. And big congrats to Kosteki and Hazelwood
This is perfect. I want to turbo my bf xr6 but i wanted to do it properly. Valve springs, timing chain, oil pump gears, head/main studs. Its overkill but ive seen way too many mates destroy boxes and motors cus they just slap a turbo in. Good to know if its done well itll last ages
My Grandfather had a VE Regal, bought it off the Mayor of Elizabeth, SA in 1969 when I was just 3 years old. In 1974 it was traded in for bloody Galant which made me get car sickness. Never happened in the Val. It was white with a green interior. I own a VH Pacer and a 70 Dodge Charger. I like the VE Vals.
Hey mate. How much did the tune cost. Im thinking of chucking a turbo on 2005 ba xr6 NA. I see you payed about 2k for the turbo set up. Seem cheap way to go. Seems easy. Great video mate. 😃 can i do this same set up you did to your bf ute. New to the barra world 🌎
Hows the heat situation with the ute nowdays, has the metal tank served well? I notice nobody makes open badge-less grills for the B series falcons, so ive started making them in my shed.
Should have filled the top and bottom tubing with wet sand, it takes a lot of the ringing noise and impact shock out of the hammer. Cool hammer, cool guitar playing..!!
My Grandfather had a VE Regal, I was only a few years old when he bought it, so he could tow his boat to Blanchtown on weekends or holidays up the river. In late 1971I saw an orange E38 Charger brand new at the caravan park. In 1974 he traded it in for a Galant and sold his boat. I was 8 years old and the Galant introduced me to a new sensation that never happened in the Val before. Car sickness. And my Dad traded his AP5 for a poxy Galant too. I've owned Valiants since I was 19 years old. These days I have a 71 VH Pacer and a 1970 Dodge Charger.
Casi nadie sabe dejar bien esa inversion de las planchuelas. Recomiendo mejor dejarlas por abajo y aumentar las sapas o soported de puntas de muelle o ballesta .
@@oldskoolonly I’ve got a fg turbo set up etc for my na ba do you not think it will be okay for a bit with no tune what will happen will it just go bang
@jessegallagher-c3u you’ll be able to drive it but I wouldn’t be throwing a lot of boost at it because it’ll be too lean and you’ll burn out the pistons
I just got myself a bf xr6 for $1200 and its probably the best bargain I’ve ever had 🤘 I’m currently working on getting everything I need to turbo it, I’m keen to get some boost into it
Hey mate, could you please tell me if.you blocked off the boost sensor in the intercooler pipe that goes under the right headlight or did you wire into ?
