Maybe the controller is faulty. Maybe the battery is faulty. You can start by measuring the battery voltage and amps, or by installing a new battery. If the battery is ok then you left only with the controller. Try to find someone who’s fixing and replacing battery cells.start fixing your bike on your own. Don’t wait for them. Also check BMS. If you find anything faulty just replace it.
My (Taiwan) MATE X battery either wouldn't fully charge or would quickly discharge in an idle bike. After a few days it would be at 0% (after no usage). I took it out of the frame and charged it for a few hours, and the bike registered it at 100%, and after a few bike rides it's gradually gone down to 80%. I was going to start a warranty inquiry but it seems to be functioning as it should now. TLDR: maybe try charging the battery outside of the frame.
This hAS TO BE THE WORST BIKE OUT THERE. I have 2 bikes the mate and Rad. Trust me the Rad e bike is blowing this bike out the water. I hate everything about the mate bike. I wish I never bought it. It’s no fun to run you have to use your thumb for the throttle the rad bike uses its handle for the throttle and makes long rides more enjoyable. If ride for hours your thumb and able will start to hurt bc your constantly pushing your thumb down to keep up with the Rad e bike
I have two matebike x bikes. Both ran about 50 km. Suddenly both can no longer be switched on. Both batteries are fully charged. This can not be. When the charger is connected, the display starts. I pull the plug, everything goes out.
@@Brad-vs1lk I agree, it’s not as compact but actually it’s not that bad. It’s not much different than having the Draumr in its bag and the Fjøl in its bag....but it is much quicker to take down and set up when changing locations. Give it a try at home 👍🏼
