What do you do if water is coming out of an underground squirrel tunnel in the middle of my back yard and the red triangle wheel is not spinning on my water meter and the numbers don't change either unless I turn on the water hose?
How do you know whether it's from the house or whether it's leaking at the my city where I'm at are corrupt as hell. They were supposed to come out and change the meter but the way that old meter was put in as he says in the 60s it was it wasn't put in exactly the way it was put in now I was supposed to get a new meter but on which side is responsible for a leak happening when they do do that is up in the air and he would rather blame me confrontational road manager that actually came to my house one time and tried to extort money in cash for some limbs at the road they picked up everybody else's but mine and wanted to extort 148.00 cash. And when they turned the what I felt was the water gauge the one where you turn the water off and on it took them great effort to turn that bolt and I had no problem with water flow so when they did that they said they fixed the problem I do not believe them.😢 I am disabled and I do not need it's a continuous thing.
I love how they say .. ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. How do we tell of theres a water leak. The only way we can tell if we have a high water bill. Its their responsibility to tell us to notify us as soon as possible it theirs a potential water leak. Its not our fault that cause the leak but its our responsibility to fix it.
why would you check your pipes if your bill is not high or unordinary until you receive your bill you would not suspect an issue until you opened your bill obviously unless you had low pressure or an obvious leak but not one underground between your watermain and house you would never know
@@thequestion2056 Not all houses have pipes that are exclusively underground. Where I live there are exposed pipes in the crawlspace. So I check those monthly
hai evryone...i just want to ask a question about my water meter and its my ptoblem till now, my water meter is moving so fast even if i do not switch my faucet.i don't know if it has leak or what ever pls. is there any one can tell me what to do.
