I attended Sue's talks whenever I could. I was amazed at what I learnt all those years ago. I feel sad that many parents will not consider that food could be the cause of their child's behaviour difficulties and children suffer unneccessarily as do adults their whole lives. I understand that the diet would be a huge challenge but sure would be worth a try as many can testify. Thank you so much Sue and Howard for your work and care for others.

I am sad that myself and my children may have suffered and are still suffering from these issues. They are 30 and 38! What do I do now?

thanks for these videos! Both of Your are inspiring!! This episode has the best overview of the section available up to date... it was blocked for two of mine trips to the Area, with the latest in october 2017, when after coming over West and East Cols rains has blocked the way after 10th of Oct at Yangri Kharka. Now I will build plans to cross it as yours direction from east to west. By the way we had a chanse to cross in 2015 when I had a strat from Kagbeni on 7th of Oct following mostly same variation to Rara and farther till Saipal.
