Nice job I know what you mean about the magnets, but I don't care about the strength of the magnets, but the fact that they are they, and I haven't had any cracking issues either, but I haven't tried the standard or maglev versions yet, which might be why I like the Ball Core alot And I saw you locking up alot, and yesterday I locked out of a sub 8 for me(I'm sub12) which was a bit sad, but it was still an 8 so it's ok But you kinda average 8, but yeah Still congrats on the sub 8 average
the ball core is feeling better for me now, i think it's the best out of three in terms of feeling anyhow, the magnets still play a big role in withstanding high tps while maintaining its stability. When you swap weak magnets with stronger ones, it makes a big difference, you can try it on any cube that has adjustable magnet settings and see i think any flagship cubes on the market is already good enough to be used as a main, just the difference in feeling, texture and convenience in setting up that fulfill people's preference, which is why I'm a bit nit-picky when reviewing flagship cubes like these 😅
@@kwanyang Ok, I just lubed it with some slow lube and I was getting really consistent times, and who knows, one day maybe I'll be as good or even better then you. And I like the purple plastic a part of the adjustment, it really is a nice touch
Cool video, I got the Ball Core version, and at first it's uncontrollable, but if you add some weight 5 or 4, a drop of mystic and a drop of dnm, then it's extremely good Is my main now, and for OH solving too And I have a question, is it "normal" for someone who has been cubing for 6 months is it normal to be sub 12? Cuz that's where I am and I want to see if I am improving fast enough Love your vids
yeah it's definitely a main contender for some people, i occasionally get good times with it sub 12 in 6 months is very fast, some people cant even get there in years keep it up 👍

I'm now convinced that some level of table abuse is needed for optimized OH turning with CFOP :P Seems really useful for a lot RUD situations during cross and LL
