@@homelogica977 First of all I would thank you and appreciate your efforts for replying and clearing my doubts and yes I totally agree with and every point you said as very well aware of brighter side of the scenario. I know property purchase is a big deal as it remains for a longer time. So, as a matter of aspect from perspective of long term investment I would to ensure what initiatives has taken by the government or the real estate companies have taken as an alternate option as of now on initial level. Recently what are the arrangements for water supply because I don't know the exact situation of people living in Pune ? How they getting water supply till this situation gets over ? Abhi haal filhal mein kya bandobast hai yeh bataiye
Currently I don’t feel city has any major water shortage as we are getting enough rains in and around city. Rest before going for property hunt do consult these points with your Channel partner or agent ( If going for resale property ). There are properties where you won’t find any water issue but the very next society beside it, is using tanker water to meet its end. So it’s not the supply of water but mostly which kind of property you are investing will decide your fate.
@@homelogica977 I see .. very well said.... ! Definitely I would like to meet you regarding property consultation matters. I've seen few videos on your channel of properties located in bavdhan. Will surely contact you within this year.
