i would love to give you my very special THANKKKS because this subtest was the one i was having the most trouble with & when I watched all 4 videos, i passed today! Thank you so much for taking the time and recording this for those like me that needed help. God Bless you! ❤️❤️
Yes indeed! You are amazing and I appreciate all of your great teaching. I have the math test in a couple of weeks and I am also I so glad that I found you! Thank you so much!!
Reading PEMDAS with the MD and AS (left to right) question 10 how did u get 98 and not 78 for the 10+2=12 then 90-2=88?? Your answer shows the Subtraction going before addition. Did I miss something? Taking the FTCE MATH on Friday found you and of course Learning Liaisons is offered through the district.
@@MrsTaylorsMathClass question 10 on this video. FTCE Elementary Education K-6 Math Subset Competency 2 - Knowledge of operations, algebraic thinking, counting and number in base ten
I commented about a month ago and I am here to comment again. I watched your videos on gk subtest then a day later watched 240 tutoring's gk subtest video explanations. That lady was a mess! Once again you have outdone yourself! I passed the k-6 last month and today I passed the gk, both on my first attempt. Literally because of you. The way you explain it is amazing and laid out so perfectly. I watched each competency section maybe 3 times. I honestly believe it's because of you and your videos I passed. So thank you so much!
I was given 240 Tutoring by my school board free for one month. You explain information so much better than that whole site. I have spent all my time watching you instead, I just wanted you to know that.
Do these videos help With the new revamped SAE Math subtest? I have spent so much money to try and pass and have failed it twice, I just took it today and nothing I studied was in it. Ty!
Thank you for explaining that sometimes division can come before multiplication in PEMDAS! I kept going over my practice problem and couldn't understand why the correct answer was having me do division before multiplication! Thank you!!! No one ever explains this when they list out order of operations.
Hi, I'm taking New York State Multi-Subject: Teachers of Childhood (Grades 1-6). I'm facing a hard time, do mind providing me with some resources that I can use to pass the exam such as uploading videos and things. Thanks
A minute in and I'm already confused. How do you know how to subtract 1 by three numbers and not two? I would either subtract 1 by 3 or 1 by 5. That's it. There's no explanation how it is spread across three numbers.
Hi Natalie!!! To determine slope intercept form, look for… 1) 2 variables …in this problem the variables are h and m 2) The format of your answers. There is a variable equal to a number times a different variable plus or minus a number. … in this problem, for example, answer choice ‘a’ is 2h + 2 = m. This equation can be rewritten as m = 2h + 2… m equal to 2 times h plus 2. 3) In the table, look for a zero in the first column. Once located, you have found the y-intercept. In this problem, the second row of the table has a zero in the first column therefore 7 is your y-intercept. I hope this helps.
Thank you so much for taking the time to help us I'm still confuse with the slope. I have a question what are the steps require for solving and graphing y greater or equal minus X square +9 this is one of the questions for the practice they give us in the PD thank you so much
Hi Mrs. Taylor I got 24 and 25 wrong, I'm having a hard time switching the signs and understanding the signs. For 24 you stated if both inequalities are negative numbers we switch the signs. For 25 since it's only dividing by one negative number we don't switch the signs ?
