I have had Fibromyalgia for many years and I find the Rossiter technique really good, but was wondering how I could do something similar on myself with weights, and the excersise you have just shown resonates with me. Are there any other types of moves like that I could try resistance wise to help other areas such as buttocks, shoulders etc? xx
You don’t understand how helpful this is. I’m an LMT with a client who cannot vertically extend and abduct her arm I really thought the pain was coming from the bicep cause it radiated in the front but I just knew in the back of my head it has something to do with the scapula and this has really been enlightening also I’m so excited to show her this video and get her relief! What causes it though? I’m in week 16 post rotator cuff surgery and never had this before. It’s so consistent I have a racquetball here at the office now while I’m working. I’m a drafter and on the mouse all day.

My foot has literally no function almost because of this akeley's tendonitis they put me in a boot for 6 weeks this is only been one week and when I take the boot off it's like I can't even squeeze my toes I'm losing more functioning in my foot it's not just my ankles that I have tendonitis and it's all of the tendons in my foot on the sides around the ankles and it all started from plantar fasciitis so I can't even put weight on my heel I don't know where to start with exercises please help
