That was awesome!! I especially liked the last question and answer about the relationship between tonality and body language (postures/muscle groups) and holistic body. Thankyou Mark!
Thank you Mark, that was so informative I learnt so much on the way home the other day I was in front of a shooting the perpetrator ran away and when the cops came I was able to convince them with my body language that I was a blind man so they let me go and I went on my Merry way and I didn't have to hang around answering a bunch of questions , thank you so much , you save me about a half hour on my lunch
I understand Mark is teaching about body language but for interested parties who are really trying to put what he teaches to use: Put aside just the physical cues of body language and facial expression. Notice the change in tone and tempo of his words when he purposefully changes his body/face to provide examples to the audience. The tone, tempo and word usage ALSO come into play. Look at it as creating a musical piece with multiple instruments.
I sat on a jury with this judge a couple years ago. He is an incredible person, teacher and attorney. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to exercise my civic duty.
I was called today for jury duty in a trial he was to conduct. The accused pleaded guilty at the last moment, so we were all dismissed, but first Judge Goldstein took questions about the jury system. I agree he's a great teacher -- he greatly improved my understanding of the jury system. Since the trial wasn't held I can't comment on him as a judge, but he certainly seemed to have the characteristics of a good one. And in 2019, jury selection, at least, is still conducted the way it was in 1885. The only technological improvement is that they use Sharpies now.
Ahhhh I see what's happening. Black guy grew up in Oshawa which is all white...pretty sure he tried to get with white girls and got denied every time so now he's mad and thinks all white people are racist
