Thank you for your reaction to ado. Your voice is also beautiful and powerful. I'm Japanese and I understand the meaning of the song, so I can enjoy this song. I always think that people here including you are amazingly talented that though you cannot understand the meaning of the song fully, you can purely appreciate the music and her voices and enjoy the song.
I knew Ado, but used to avoid listening to loud, assertive songs. First time I heard Show in Kohaku. Beautiful Higashi Hongwanji Temple. Screaming and growling. What the hell is this? I confused. It wasn't simple. There was a great deal of effort and emotion put into it, not befitting her youth. What is she singing about? Why am I shaken? The barrier was lost.
@@kurenai-7743 I don't think I quite understand the intent of your comment, but do you mean that differences in language or taste are not a barrier to listening to good music? If that's the case, I think the sensitivity that transcends that barrier is also a talent of music. Regarding 'Show', I certainly think it's interesting and good, but the song is to fast and the pronunciation is unclear as the Japanese, I hardly catch the lyrics, so I am not impressed as well as the rave reviews around the world. I prefer to more slow songs such as 'Dignity', 'GiraGira', ReadyMade’,..., that I can easily catch the spoken Japanese. Whenever I see people enthusiastic about Ado on foreign tours, I feel a little envious of how sensitive they are to the music and voices of ado.
@AkihikoKoga Your interpretation is exactly right. I wrote this as a personal experience I often see several reactors shocked when their preconceptions are overturned. Beyond language, beyond genres. It's truly due to excellent musical talent and the sensitivity of the audience
@@kurenai-7743 Thank you for your reply. > I often see several reactors shocked when their preconceptions are overturned. I feel 'Unravel' by Ado can convey the main character's sadness, suffering, and anger even without lyrics, but 'Aishite Aishite Aishite's unique transition to madness and its eruption seem to be difficult to read. However, it is quite popular. Not only this song, but most of the cover songs such as 'Crime and Punishment' are popular among non-Japanese people, although they do not have English subtitles (maybe due to copyright reasons?). Such people may create new cultures and trends.
I've never heard of Ado before this, but she has one of the most strong and amazing and powerful and incredible and diverse voices ever, it actually gave me goosebumps :D also, i really like this reaction type of thing, id love it if you did this again sometime ♡♡♡
OR3O, I don't mean this lightly when I say you have the one of the most impressive voices I've seen from an Indie singer. Your range has always impressed me, and your songs have inspired my own creatives. So seeing you be just as impressed with Ado's insane voice as I have is really interesting. Good luck to you and your future endeavors ❤
3:23 "she sounds like a demon, but a really pretty demon" That's the words to describe her that I was looking for. Ado is impressive, I'm scared of her sometimes with those screams.. but in a good way
