Literally the only fighter I think has the mentality and spirit to win against Khabib is Robert. He most likely wont win, but I think he would be a warm up for GSP for Khabib. I fucking love this guy Rob, he breaks down fighter's styles so effortlessly, his mind is very sharp and IQ. Also love the mutual respect between them, Khabib doesn't just respect random people, he respects the fighters his Father loved, and I think Robert Whitaker was one of them that his father loved. And they are just great Human Beings at the end of the day, Never change Rob, You are the real DEAL!
I think Robert would give Khabib a hell of a fight, probably the closest to GSP standing up. Taking out an absolute killer like Whitaker would just cement Khabib's legacy, but his brothers are literally doing that for him. You have to beat Usman and Islam for Khabib to wake up and come back. UFC is literally roiding up fighters to do this, and they are still finishing them.... A lifetime of training simply doesn't compare to a few months on roids... The technique and defensive skills shine in the first round for them, then Nurmagomedov's will slowly punish you and hurt you. Different level. Sean O'malley would be welcomed in Khabib's camp, Imagine a killler like O'Malley with wrestling? His coach is very bad, and not training him to be an all-rounder fighter, you HAVE TO MIX THE MARTIAL ARTS!!!! Sean with Khabib would be a problem.
