I bought this unit off Amazon. When I try to install it into my rack, the antenna jacks on the rack ears will not allow the rack ears to sit flush agaist the rack rails. I've tried installing it into three different standard racks, it would not fit into any of them. The antenna jack holes make it so that the retaining nuts for the antenna jack will not allow the unit to sit flush on the rack. Any suggestions?

@@phenyxproofficial3997 this is a big drawback to your product. Rack space is always a concern when travelling for gigs. Requiring an extra rack space for antennas is going to cost you sales. I suggest you talk to your engineers and designers about reworking the dimensions of your cases to allow antenna mounting in same space as unit. If I had known this before I ordered, I would have picked a different product. The whole point was to use only one rack space (1U).

As it stands, you are falsely advertising a product that does not exist. I would like to know how this kind of mistake happens in a company of this size. Engineering makes a significant, functional change to a product, but sales and marketing do nothing to reflect that change. How does that happen?

I understand your joke, but in this case, the microphone receiver also needs to be connected with a cable :). There are many reasons to use a radio microphone on stage and when shooting videos. This saves time when editing the scene. On a large stage, you don't need to use long cables for remote instruments. When working at a festival where several bands are playing, it is much easier to change the location of the microphones. If you have one vocalist who walks around the stage, and the radio system is four-channel, then why not use the other three microphones for instruments? You can go on for a long time, but the trends now are such that soon there will be no wires on stage, I am engaged in sound at concerts and have been waiting for this for a long time. Since winding wires is not the most favorite activity of sound engineering :)

You would also need to heavely cooperate with the RF coordination team just to reallize fixed analoge transmittion has almost no chance of giving good audio (which is also not the most favorite thing of sound engineers). Just so you can save on 30ft of cable in total and a few minutes of setup.

Need better tutorial.. tonfollow each step. I bought a pair of these mics and I have yet to get a clear answer on how to look for best frequency. Thinking abiut returning them.

My ptm-10 unit no longer receives any RF signal even though it is on the same frequency as the transmitter, resetting or testing other frequencies, and it has less than 1 moth of use. Unfortunately I can't recommend it anymore.

0:44... can one use standard "stick" antenna instead of these paddle ones? Those are obtrusive and goofy. I simply would like to limit the 7000's / 6000's multiple antennas, down to only two. I don't want the paddles.

How do I rack mount the PTU-5200 receiver? I can't find anything online that mentions how to do this. Is there a rack mount kit available for it? Which rack ears would work? Please help.
