Thank you so much me and my fiance are obsessed with these cookies I’ve already made 4 batches in two weeks lol 😂 I’ve always used your flower to make biscuits. And now I have a new favorite thing but I have one question could you maybe suggest a way to make double chocolate cookies by adding cocoa powder to the recipe ? Also I like to some times use less chips and I add some lily's peanut butter chips , I even might use some the peppermint ones for Christmas.
It looks like you have two different flour mix. One is very simple with almond flour, oat fiber and egg protein flour but the other with pecan flour and bamboo flour. Which is the best Victoria's Keto Flour mix?
I watched an episode of High Falutin Low Carb where they made cream biscuits using your flour. It looked so good--actually looked like a real biscuit and according to the podcaster, was truly a dream. I got so excited and found your channel, watched this video and bought the ingredients (bamboo fiber, egg white protein powder and whole psyllium husk) right away so I could make some of this flour myself. I just made a batch and am going to try out a recipe I have missed for so long--orange chocolate chip scones. Thank you for sharing your discoveries! I was surprised how it turned out, next time I will cut the dough in half. I cooked mine on a pizza stone. I think this dough would be a great base for keto soda crackers, just saying?
I've searched the site and cannot find the printable recipe for this flour, am I missing something? Can you please send me the link? I currently use your self rising and the one called Victoria's Keto Flour. Is this recipe to replace one of those? I made this and it was so good. Instead of icing I added a couple tbsp of blueberries to the batter. It took about double the time to cook but was really really good.
Hi Victoria! Love your flour blends and recipes. I’ve been trying to join your Facebook group too. Can u advise which flour blend is your most recent one? Is it the perfected keto blend? Can u use it cup for cup with old recipes?
So Sorry but I’m locked out of Facebook right now and it’s a lot of red tape to get back in. Also my flour is cup for cup however remember it’s gluten free so any recipe that relies on gluten “such as bread” needs its own recipe

You are amazing! ❤ I love the recipes and am so grateful that you’ve made keto sustainable. Question on bread, it’s coming out with a gooey center. Do you know why this might be happening?
Yes but the one exception to the rule is… since this is a gluten-free flour if the recipe relies on gluten, then no it will not work. Such as “bread” it relies on gluten so when you want bread, it has to have its own recipe. I have several recipes on my channel for how to use this flour in order to make bread.

I am new to Victoria's kito kitchen. I am a novice baker that uses the New Standard Keto Flour 2.0 recipe to make flour. I used flour to make bread using Amazing Keto Bread. Did not use yeast. Bread did not rise. Taste was good but flat. Have seen other flour recipes on site one using psyllium husk. Did I use correct flour? Am confused as to which flour is best. Please advise.

My first rise out the form and get deformation because i maybe need a bigger form then when it still was warm i took out the second one from the form and it zink together and got dence. Do it need to stay in the form to colder to keep the form ?

Chicken was amazing using this! Sliced a chicken breast into thirds. Pounded chicken breasts thin. In a bowl 1 egg and half cup of heavy cream mixed well. On a plate 1 cup Victoria’s Keto Flour 2.0. In a small bowl 1/4 cup pork rinds (plain) crushed. Dip chicken in egg then coat in flour, then sprinkle with pork rinds. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet and brown chicken each side. Make sauce out of melted butter and a little lemon juice. It was so good. Hope you try this!

I will add that to my to do list. I started taking magnesium L threonate and D3 for almost 3 months now and haven’t had ANY GRAND-MAL seizures! It’s a HUGE blessing and amazing how my brain needed that so bad! It’s like a natural seizure medication for me! Just wanted to share encase it could help
My crust didn't rise 😢 But, it was so good. I added a half tablespoon of sea salt 🧂 to bring out the flavor of the crust, plus we need more salt on keto, right? I used Victoria's Einkorn Flour. My crust was soft and thin, but very good. Thank you 😊

Hi Victoria and greetings and grateful thanks from our beautiful Island of Gozo! We are following our own type of Carnivore diet mixed with your amazing way of life. Would it be possible to ask you a question? Outsourcing these weird and wonderful products on Gozo is (to say the least) very expensive. Especially artificial sweeteners, and I make your keto condensed milk at least once a week as one of our staple ingredients in my cakes, custard tarts and ice cream. What I would like to ask is.... have you attempted to make the condensed milk out of your new sweetener blend (zylitol/erythritol?) and if so what is the finished product like? Hi! I’ve only made it with allulose but erythritol will re crystalize badly and xylitol might work if you have that but allulose definitely works. I’m so sorry it’s so expensive

Omg I cannot wait to try this! I also didn’t know that Simply Delish puddings don’t have the maltodextrin that the, “J brand” (as the commenter, from whom I just learned this - lol - called it 😁👌) - so I’m glad there’s a healthier pudding mix option out there. So I’ll be getting some Simply Delish here as fast as I can. lol. Chocolate chip cookies also happen to be the way to my husband’s heart 🤷♀️😅🥰… So I’m super excited about this recipe. I should also add that I am using your flours a lot, lately, in things I hadn’t tried before. What a HUGE GIFT it is, to be able to make any recipe I want. I have a sweetener blend adapted from yours (but without erythritol) and I have VKF (again, my adaptation) and everything just seems to work. I still can hardly believe it, and things seem to get better and better as I gradually figure out the errors of my way…s. 🤷♀️😜 So I just want to THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU about a million times, for your diligence and your genius and your generosity with this gift you’ve given us all. 🎉❤🎉
