Intermittent bubbling indicates that the system is functioning properly. Continuous bubbling indicates air leak . If bubbling disappears indicates tube obstruction, dependent loop, or as lung fully re-expands
I am currently commected to this drainage system. Unfortunately my doctor doesn't know how this thing works. My water seal chamber has insufficient water thus it doesn't fluctuates. Only the suction chamber is bubbling. Collection chamber is static. Sigh
