You don't need to unscrew the second part. First remove the base like in the video then just pull the rest off. Mine came off easily but it may be tougher for others.

Knowing where the lever was helped. Thank you I did it without removing any screws. Used the flashlight on my phone to look for the lever. I put a pen through the bottom to push the lever down. Heard a click, then was able to slide the base off.
