I usually stretch my hair for braids and buns but never had it pressed. The interesting thing is that the ladies that I have trusted my hair with over the passed few years would not do it. They would tell me that I did a well enough job at stretching my hair for the braiding. One lady told me that I was man and not a girl. I stopped going to her.
Water rehydrates all the old product and softens all of the scalp build up. It's not the glamorous part of being a stylist. It's all about doing your very best for your client. Great job!
