Life as God intended begins with Jesus Christ. He invites us into an intimate relationship with Himself and others. The Christian life is the "Christ-life." Jesus declared, “apart from Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5). Experiencing Christ’s life is a tangible reality in everyday life. As believers, His life has now become our life, transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary.
Our Mission:
We help you understand and experience Christ as your life, offering insights, encouragement, and practical guidance.
This series directly addresses why many waste years battling addictions. If the focus is on “doing better” or “correcting bad behavior” we have been deceived and have become short sighted. When we begin to discover that these patterns are fueled and facilitated by Satan we begin to grasp that our identity is not found in nor affected by our performance which one day may be stellar and the next dismal (ie- the Dallas Cowboys😮) I’ll bet Don will have some words of wisdom addressing where our identity IS found in Part 3 or Part 4 😊
Praise God brother in Christ. I'm so pleased that you shared with me and that you are ministering to others in Korean. Please stay in contact with me. Let me know what you would like me to share with your people.
Thanks Kayli, yes, we all need to be reminded of our "response-ability" to respond to Christ's "grace-ability" to be for others! Thanks for commenting!
Yes, and the good news is that Christ is orchestrating the journey and all we need do is "stay tune" 🎵 with Him taking His lead. It's called "The Grace=faith" connection!
2:20 So great that you at Cross Life are explaining the complete gospel! We live our lives from being willing to let indwelling Christ manifest His other love character in our bodies! Not working for God trying to live like Christ, as so many books and pastors teach! And He is our fixed reference point, identity; so we can rest in Him and enjoy the fruits of His Spirit moment by moment! Praise God!
Don Burzyński excels at sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ in a down-to-earth personal manner. His is not a bombastic preaching style, but a loving, conversational style of relating to people and sharing Jesus on a personal level. He has, no doubt, learned to teach the spiritual truths of the gospel in this manner after spending hundreds of hours in personal counseling at the Cross-life Counseling Center in Vero Beach, FL. Listeners will learn much about Jesus by listening to the divine Counsellor, the Holy Spirit, speaking through Don Burzynski.
Thank you Jim, to God be the glory great things He has done and is doing! All of Him and none of me. "He must increase, but I must decrease" (John 3:30).
Yes! God is at work through the Spirit of Christ in the ecclesia today as he said doing "greater things" than even his previous earthly ministry. Thanks for watching and commenting Debby.
Yes indeed, salvation the work of Christ in us which we receive by faith. It is Christ's goodness and love working in and through us. As the Apostle Paul declared in Ephesians 2:8-10- "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them." Thanks for commenting
Amen Jim! God is the "performer", it's His life that we are invited to participate with allowing His character to be expressed through us, that's the only performance that matters. "I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me" (Psalm 57:2).
Christ in, as, and through each of us Christians is the truth I have been seeking after for over 40 years! Thank you Don for explaining it so simply and understandably! To know Christ's Spirit is in union with my spirit in my inner being, and to know that this union is my fixed identity in the unseen spiritual realm within, and to know he wishes to live His live in, as, and thru us, to manifest His loving character in both good and bad situations: all these things make my Christian life now an exciting adventure discovering what He is going to do in each new situation! Now in my old age I look forward to what He has in store for me! (rather than waiting to die, sad and perhaps depressed.) I only wish the Episcopal, Baptist, and Congregational churches I attended had explained the Christian life as God intended, as you just did! Have you written a document which I could share with my present pastor which would encourage him to learn and teach the basic truths that you share with us weekly? Awesome truths! Praise God! 🙂❤ Thanks Don, Wally Atwood
Amen Wally! Thank you for your beautiful testimony and expression of freedom in Christ. I am so glad you are enjoying the liberating life of Christ and "traded in" your old "religious rages" and are now clothed in Christ Righteous! Regards trues I have written you could check out my blog on cross-life.org Also I will try to put together something soon regarding this broadcast in print and send it to you. Please refresh my memory by sending me your email. Bottom line regarding your pastor or others whom we all wish understood this message, it takes the revelation of Christ to open our minds and hearts to understand. I will pray with you brother that other my come to know and experience LifeAsGodIntended-Don
As I was watching this teaching, your explanations of Christian identity came to my mind. Here are some thoughts I had. Hope deferred, expectations of the future, lead to despair in the temporal realm. If our identity is based on our good and bad experiences on earth, we have an identity which bounces with our expectations! But our Christian identity is our union with Christ in the unseen spiritual realm within. We are aligned with God's Character and the tree of life. We allow Him to express his life thru us; He may grant us the gifts of the spirit. We become grounded in His love when our identity is anchored in Him, and hope permeates our life thru the Holy Spirit. If our identity and hope are in Him, it is not passive, but alive infused with the certainty of Christ's resurrection. We have a fixed identity instead of a bouncing temporal identity of life's uncertainty. Thank you Don. Wally Atwood
I took a personality assessment years ago, and it told me the kinds of people I am both compatible and incompatible with. I remember hearing someone say we will have the same personalities in heaven as we do on earth. Personalities clash, so that would mean that the people we don't get along with here will still cause us conflict in heaven. That can't be right! I believe that God will make right whatever is wrong.
Thanks for your comment, Sandy. The good news is that all personalities, although having been affected by flesh patterns of sin, will not be carried over to heaven. Our personalities will be functioning as God originally designed Life As God Intended in heaven.
Yes indeed Jim, to many have not properly understood the distinction between the functionality of the soul and spirit, and have blurred the lines between identity and personality as you know. Confusing many Christians as to who they are in Christ and causing them to not understand the source of their behavioral dysfunction. Thanks for your comments and support.
You are most welcome Eric. I'm pleased God is using these videos to encourage you and others in your journey in Christ! Thanks so much for commenting which helps me know these truths are being and encourages my heart. used. Blessings!
Sir, thank you so much for obeying the Father and putting this video together and posting it!!! I recently realized, I think I have ADHD. And even asked my doctor about it. I am a Christian, and part of me was like, wait a second... I have the mind of Christ. This is already healed. This isn't a thing that can take over me. But I think the enemy wanted to distract me with even focusing on it at all. And when I focus on "I have ADHD... I have ADHD..." it consumes my thoughts and takes my eyes of Christ. So this is just so cool!! ADHD, OCD, ADD are all struggles, yes, and I don't deny them. But, have you overcome by the blood of the lamb and the word of our and His testimony???? YES INDEED YOU HAVE! AMEN AND HALELUJAH.
Amen! Our "deficiencies" or what psychology has labeled as psychological disorders do NOT define us. As Christians are identity is in Christ and we are Overcomers in spite of the challenges that we have based on the flesh patterns of sin. Thank you so much for your testimony. I agree and rejoice with you in the revelation, you've received from Jesus Christ. Thanks for commenting and watching and sharing these videos.
You are welcome and your comments are appreciated. It's our prayer that we all walk receptive to Christ releasing everything to him that we may be holding onto.
Faith is a choice to be receptive to God's grace activity. Faith is not about u or what we want but it is about making ourselves available to what God wants to do in our lives. There is always a Grace-Faith connection for the Christian who walks by faith.
Yes! Mankind never being separated from the Love of God…God is Love. John 3:16. But Adam & Eve chose spiritual death that can only be restored by believing and receiving the saving life of our living Lord Jesus. Rom 5:10. “It takes God to be a man as He created man to be!” A life of derivation. Thanks for sharing the Gospel!
Amen Glen. Refreshing to hear someone understand as so many have been lead astray by religious doctrines that teach some form of humanism. Derivative man is the truth which sets us free to experience LifeAsGodIntended Thanks for sharing!
Thank you Jim. It truly is my hope that a proper understanding will help bring clarification and a new found dependency on Jesus Christ. That Christians learn to walk by faith driving from Christ and allowing His character to be expressed through their behavior to Gods glory and the benefit of others!
You are welcome Steve. It is my prayer that each of us experience the full intent of LifeAsGodIntended. Thank you for your comments as they are appreciated.
This paints such a beautiful picture of what is available in relationship with Father, Jesus, & Holy Spirit. Some of these ideas, I have never heard, imagined, nor hoped for...until now. I believe that they desire this sweet relationship with us. May it be so. 🙏 Thank you, Don.
Amen Debby, "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen" (Ephesians 3:20-21). Thank you for your affirming comment.
Excellent interrogative explanation of the experiential awareness of God's presence in Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit. Deep personal consideration of these questions will draw you into the heart of God in the secure embrace of God's LOVE. Every Christ-one who gives due consideration to these questions will benefit by deeper intimacy with God.
What an inspiring story to the glory of God! We did a similar thing! We were impressed to live debt free also! Today I own a beautiful Greek revival style two story home several properties in desirable areas and a two story camp in a gated community! Had a successful business and we give GOD ALL THE GLORY! Didn’t all happen over night but we here today with 44 years of marriage!
